bad service...

been encountering bad service recently... juz listed 2...

haiz...

firstly,

i realli dun believe someone who is in the food industry...

ok... selling food did not know that u shd not put cold and hot thgs together?

when u have some cooked foos and some uncooked food... n the uncooked are cold while the cooked ae piping hot with smoke... will u put them together in the same plastic bags with nothing serparating them?! juz throw the buns in the same white plastic bag?

i hav to qns the knowledge of such ppl! n it's an auntie selling them...

how can u put thgs together? for one... the cooked buns might be been sticked together...

for another... putting them together... won't u get sick if u eat the cooked ones wout cooking them again... furthermore... will the food tastes good? more imptly... it's for different ppl... n they are all diff types of baos... how can u noe wad each of them are later when u juz throw everithg together?

n that's not all...

how can everione who is buying food together have hot piping food while oni one cannot?

no time... yeah rite... ppl behind in the quence can get but not the ones in front...

it's not like we are not waiting lor...

haiz... i hav to qns the sanity of that auntie...

though another staff came and apologise later... i hate to say it but i tink... being in the service sector means giving gd service even if u are tired...

if u are unhappy... no one forced u to smile... at the most i dun tink u shd insult the customer even slightly... why shd the one who buy thgs have to be the one for you to vent ur anger on?

it's not the amt of food u buy either n there's more than 10 or 20 in question here... and oni for one customer... not including the rest...

i realli dun c the pt of accusing the customer at fault for not telling u tp serparate them when u shd noe to serparate them n more imptly when the customer DID tell u to serparate them n u say it's ok one lah... haiz...

another incident i can't help qnsing is the selling of books with their staplers rusty...

if the metal is rusty... y sell it... n to exchange is impossible cause the whole store has the same type of prob? n u continue selling them? wad happens if the child get hurt by it... worse gets an infection... rusty metal can bring about serious consequences in some cases...

n yet the book is compulsory cause it's in a set?...

haiz... safety is impt! esp to kids!

haiz... though there are bad services...

there are good services too in spore...

this i hav to admit...

however....

spore being a service-orientated country...

service is impt...

bad service goes a long way...

n i dun tink i will go to a place w bad service n i will most likely tell all my friends and relatives abt it n business will be bad... though 1 customer might be nothing but will u be happy?

ok... i m ranting... but to me... it's really irritating that u spend $ yet u are being vented on... or insulted...

good service can bring abt a great day for someone...

for example... u are tired and when u buy thgs the person smile at u and wishes u a happy day?

or at least a smile? though customers are strangers but at least it won't kill u to exercise politness and smile or to excerise ur common sense for somethgs?
